My name is Rhonda Arason. I have been teaching at Centennial School for 10 years. Currently I am teaching grade 6. I love working with technology. I use it in my class all the time.
Each day I use my smartboard. I start the day with the Winnipeg Free Press. We see what's new in the world. During the Olympics and the Torch Run we kept track of where the torch was and now what is happening with the events. I have also been using my wikispace more consistently. I have used it to do assignments and to post individual goals. Each student in my class has their own page that they work on. The students have also used it to edit each others work.
This year I have been keeping my Website updated. The students use it daily. At home they can access resources that I have posted to help with homework. Each week I post questions that they have to research, answer and hand in to me. Classroom Website
